<p>You just Can&#8217;t beat him.</p>
<p>Even in his 16th season, Brett Favre continues to make history, and memories too. He&#8217;s likened to a gun slinger, which is appropriate as he is the spokesperson for wrangler, but no amount of restraint can hold Brett Favre down, let alone denim.</p>
<p>I remember in the early 90s having my soul and love of sports tested by Don Majkowski, who, in my young mind, wasn&#8217;t worth whatever allowance he was paid for. Favre steps in, and wins the game.</p>
<p>And the next game.</p>
<p>257 games later, Brett Favre is my favorite sport&#8217;s figure. Sure he&#8217;s had his ups and downers, but nothing is easy in life. Regardless, he did make life better for sports fans, unless you were a fan of the Bears, to which I say &#8220;I&#8217;m sorry&#8221;. All in all, his 82 yard first-play-of-overtime-touchdown-pass was a thing of beauty. And even bears fans, my brother included, were upset they missed it while in the bathroom.</p>
