Welcome Back
It’s bene far, far too long since I last wrote. A lot has gone on in my life since then, but I don’t plan on catching everyone up. I just got a serious case of stomach flu/food poisoning, and it really sucked. I can’t remember a time i’ve ever felt so bad without an emergency hospital trip.
Sure i’ve been sick before, i’ve had strep, ulcers, ankle problems and abcess- but this was just one of those sicknesses that came on like a hurricane, and i can only expect that i’m currently in the eye right now- willing to try work tomorrow, i’m sure i’ll be expunging fluids from my body by noon in an effort for my body to convince me I made the right decision to stay home.
The sorst part is: food. I can’t taste a damn thing, good or bad. I’ve triued chips, soup, water, coke, limeade, and just about everything else.
While i’ve been away I’ve been reading quite a bit. I’m currently on a collection of short stories, and recently I saw a news article about a cloned dog- something that one of my shorts was about. Very unlikely coincidence.
I’ve also been dominating jeopardy.
Seeing as i’m fairly tired, i’m going to call it a night from this post… I need to rest up.
